  • Ongoing organisation and supervision of property preparation work; e.g. cutting extra keys
  • You advise us of your mortgagee’s consent to let (see Terms of Business, Clause 1). We handle the administration thereafter.
  • Identification and interviewing of prospective tenants

And then the setting up of the tenancy:

  • Negotiation of all tenancy details on your behalf
  • Obtaining references, including credit checks if necessary
